Onsite Support Engineer – End User Computing

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands‑on End User Computing (EUC) assistance for a well‑known international client. The role is based in Demmin, Germany, and involves working in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite EUC support for desktops, laptops, applications and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests and problems within defined SLAs.
• Support Windows 7 & Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and related application environments.
• Perform OS imaging, PC setup, software deployment and asset management using SCCM.
• Monitor system performance, proactively address issues and maintain documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and basic training to end users.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and third‑party service providers.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing EUC or desktop support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft technologies.
• Fluency in German and good communication skills.
