International Hospitality Traineeship (F&B, Rooms, Events, HR)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our international hospitality traineeship program, rotating through Food & Beverage, Rooms, Events and HR departments across our portfolio of premium hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations in assigned department (F&B, Rooms, Events, HR).
• Assist managers with guest service, back‑office tasks and event coordination.
• Participate in cross‑departmental projects to gain a holistic view of hotel management.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Required profile

• Flexible, friendly and open‑minded towards an international guest base.
• Hands‑on mentality and strong team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to support other operational departments.
• Valid work permit for Germany.
