Internship in Development and Production of MEMS Sensors

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Reutlingen for a full‑time internship focused on the development and production of silicon‑based MEMS acceleration sensors. You will work on the newest sensor generation, gaining hands‑on experience in micro‑electromechanical systems, ASICs and advanced measurement technology.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute experiments for sensor prototypes and high‑volume types.
• Conduct simulations and analyze large data sets using machine‑learning techniques.
• Automate measurement processes and maintain measurement equipment.
• Prepare and present results to the development team.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a technical or scientific university program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Microsystem Engineering, Computer Science).
• Goal‑oriented, structured, independent work style and strong teamwork attitude.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Programming and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python and C.
• Hands‑on laboratory measurement experience.
• Data analysis and evaluation capabilities.
• Familiarity with advanced measurement technology and automation.
