Investment Banking Internship – Frankfurt (Q4)

About the role

Hillstreet, a leading M&A boutique in Frankfurt, is seeking motivated interns to join its M&A team for a minimum three‑month period in Q4. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to mid‑market transactions and the chance to work alongside seasoned bankers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support on ongoing M&A mandates.
• Help prepare client presentations and process documentation.
• Assist in executing company valuations.
• Prepare detailed market and company analyses.
• Support due‑diligence activities and communication with clients and investors.
• Contribute to internal projects that drive the firm’s development.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree at an accredited university.
• Prior experience (e.g., internships) in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, auditing, or consulting.
• Strong command of German and English.
• High self‑motivation, teamwork orientation, resilience, and a good sense of humor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
