Investor Relations – Private Markets (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations and capital‑raising professional to accelerate the growth of a European private‑markets investment platform across Germany. The role is based in Frankfurt and focuses on building and managing relationships with institutional and private‑wealth investors.

Key responsibilities

• Cover the German institutional and private‑wealth investor base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with pension funds, family offices, private banks and asset managers.
• Support fundraising initiatives and broader capital‑formation activities.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and the investment team.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital formation or institutional sales.
• Strong understanding of the German investor landscape.
• Established network with German pension funds, family offices, private banks and asset managers.
