Investor Relations Regulatory Officer

About the role

The Investor Relations Regulatory Officer will support the Investor Relations team at ARCHIMED by managing all legal, contractual and regulatory aspects of investor communication. Reporting to Investor Relations, the role acts as a bridge to the internal legal department, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on topics related to investor‑relations compliance.
• Draft, review and revise contractual agreements, investor documentation and legal disclosures.
• Organise and maintain a comprehensive database of legal documents, contracts and regulatory filings.
• Support the structuring and implementation of future investment vehicles under the supervision of Investor Relations and the legal team, coordinating with fund‑formation advisors.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise the Investor Relations team on potential impacts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements affecting investor communications.
• Experience in legal research, contract drafting and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work closely with both Investor Relations and legal professionals.
