IT and Security Officer (m/f/d)

About the role

Join a collaborative IT team that delivers a secure, reliable and modern environment. You will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, network infrastructure and virtualized servers while supporting security, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Intune and related cloud services.
• Administer and optimise network components such as firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and associated security services.
• Oversee virtualised server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, backup and recovery.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents and help maintain a compliant IT landscape.
• Coordinate with external vendors, handle software licensing, procurement and IT asset management.
• Provide hands‑on support to internal users and contribute to infrastructure and compliance projects, including ISO 27001.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent professional training.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT administration, operations or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune.
• Endpoint management solutions.
• Windows, Linux and macOS administration.
• Enterprise networking concepts: VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing and network security.
• Virtualisation, backup solutions and familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance.
