IT Support Specialist – Berlin

About the role

As an IT Support Specialist you will join the IT Engineering & Operations department in Berlin, providing high‑quality technical assistance to employees both locally and remotely across several countries. You will ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining compliance, reliability and operational excellence in the workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via ticketing system, remote sessions and on‑site assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on macOS devices, workplace applications, identity access and collaboration tools.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and the full employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, operational procedures and asset inventory.
• Ensure devices and users stay compliant with company policies.
• Assist endpoint management through MDM platforms and collaborate with Solutions Engineering on new tool roll‑outs.
• Participate in operational projects, continuous service improvement and escalation of complex issues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Workplace IT or IT Operations.
• Strong experience supporting macOS environments and mac troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of identity and endpoint management concepts.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a structured troubleshooting methodology.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
