IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing technology company that needs an IT Support Specialist to deliver day‑to‑day assistance in a modern, highly technical environment. You will work hands‑on with hardware, software, identity, and SaaS platforms, managing the full user lifecycle and helping to improve IT processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for MacOS, Windows, and iOS devices.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding, device provisioning, and user administration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and MDM solutions such as Intune and Jamf.
• Use Jira Service Management (or similar) to log, track, and resolve tickets.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to drive automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End‑User Computing environments.
• Strong background supporting MacOS, Windows, and iOS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with onboarding/off‑boarding processes and device management.
• Proactive attitude with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
