IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing technology company that needs an IT Support Specialist to deliver day‑to‑day assistance in a modern, highly technical environment. You will work hands‑on with hardware, software, identity, and SaaS platforms while managing the full user lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for MacOS, Windows, and iOS devices.
• Handle onboarding, off‑boarding, device management and user administration.
• Maintain workplace technology and ensure smooth operation of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf.
• Use Jira Service Management to track and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to improve processes and drive automation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or EUC environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and user experience.
