IT System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft‑based infrastructures and virtualization solutions for our clients. You will work in a supportive, family‑like environment that encourages innovation and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, design, and develop Microsoft infrastructures and virtualization platforms.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and service disruptions.
• Set up and manage client storage and backup solutions.
• Provide consultancy and operational support for networking, security, and firewall environments.
• Install, configure, and support cloud services.
• Contribute to, and potentially lead, IT projects.
• Coordinate activities with external service providers.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and service orientation.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Class B driving licence.
