Junior Brand Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Brand Designer to help shape the visual identity of nuwacom as we build an AI‑native workspace. You will work closely with our design lead, marketing team, and founders, seeing your concepts go live quickly in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our visual system, including brand guidelines, templates, and email signatures.
• Design and refresh website pages to communicate our story as we scale.
• Create pitch decks, internal updates, and training materials.
• Produce social media and ad visuals for LinkedIn and campaign use.
• Design event and print assets such as roll‑ups, booth materials, and webinar graphics.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide design support for product features.
• Adapt to emerging design needs across the company.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of design experience in agency or in‑house settings.
• Portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail.
• Fluent German and conversational English.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable) and view AI as a creative partner.
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable with rapidly changing priorities.
• Motivated to build impactful work rather than just clock in and out.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Experience using AI‑assisted design tools like Claude and Lovable.
