Junior Brand & Marketing Manager – 4‑day week

About the role

As a Junior Brand & Marketing Manager you will support the two 25hours Hotels in Hamburg’s HafenCity and their food‑and‑beverage concepts. Working closely with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager you will create and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing initiatives for the hotels and F&B outlets.
• Create engaging photo, video and written content in German and English for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage guest communication across online and offline channels.
• Plan and coordinate press, influencer and client events, including the monthly Spotlight events from concept to execution.
• Maintain and update the hotels’ websites, online profiles and OTA channels.
• Produce and distribute marketing newsletters.
• Build local partnerships and nurture relationships with brands, media partners and neighbouring businesses.

Required profile

• Initial professional experience in a similar role within hospitality or tourism.
• Strong command of English (German also required for content creation).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and enjoys event planning.
• Hands‑on, open and flexible personality with a passion for interacting with people.
• Willingness to bring personal creativity and enthusiasm to the team.
