Junior Brand & Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Join the vibrant team at 25hours Hotels in Hamburg’s HafenCity as a Junior Brand & Marketing Manager. You will support the hotel and food‑and‑beverage brands by creating compelling campaigns, managing social media, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch creative marketing initiatives for the hotels and F&B outlets in collaboration with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Produce engaging photo, video, and written content in German and English for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Handle guest communication across online and offline channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute press, influencer, and client events, including monthly Spotlight events.
• Maintain and update the hotel websites, online profiles, and OTA channels.
• Create and distribute marketing newsletters.
• Build local partnerships and nurture relationships with brands, media partners, and neighboring businesses.

Required profile

• Initial professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong command of English (German language skills are a plus).
• Highly organized, enthusiastic about event planning and creative idea generation.
• Hands‑on, open, and flexible personality with a passion for interacting with people.
• Willingness to bring personal flair and a proactive mindset to the team.
