Junior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Flix's Platform Engineering team to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform. You will help automate workflows, support API services, and ensure platform reliability while collaborating with engineering teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS‑based Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Support API gateways and publish APIs to external consumers.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to enable effective platform usage.
• Continuously enhance platform tooling, automation, and engineering practices.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for platform stability.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of professional experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and basic Linux/UNIX command line usage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent English.
