Junior HR Generalist – HR Operations

About the role

Oxford Instruments is seeking a proactive Junior HR Generalist to join its Wiesbaden office. You will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees and managers while contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employees and managers throughout onboarding, internal transfers, and off‑boarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and master data in HR systems.
• Administer employee benefits such as Job Bike and gym memberships.
• Support training, learning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate compliance‑related mobility matters.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment, including candidate coordination.
• Help implement and improve HR policies, processes and projects.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR administrative queries.
• Track working‑time and attendance compliance and produce HR reports and data analysis.
