Junior Influencer Marketing Manager – France (Remote possible)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the French market. You will manage a portfolio of influencer collaborations, turn data into creative campaigns, and help shape our sustainability‑focused brand story.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale 80+ monthly influencer collaborations across nano, micro and mega creators.
• Build and nurture relationships with French creators and agencies, acting as the brand’s primary point of contact.
• Experiment with new creative angles, product hooks and story formats to boost engagement.
• Analyze funnel KPIs (CTR, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS) and optimise campaigns based on data‑driven insights.
• Write detailed creative briefs, design product bundles and contribute to landing‑page optimisation using psychological triggers.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to repurpose creator content for Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
• Own a five‑figure monthly collaboration budget, negotiate contracts and ensure maximum ROI.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in the French influencer landscape.
• Established network of French creators and agencies.
• Strong passion for sustainability and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to view challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement.
