Junior Managers Program – Leadership in Manufacturing Digitalization

About the role

Shape the production of the future with Bosch. We are looking for master’s graduates who will digitalize our global plants and optimise manufacturing processes in a 12‑to‑24‑month rotational Junior Managers Program.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing, digitalisation and automation areas in Germany and abroad, participating in Industry 4.0 and smart‑production projects.
• Lead and drive digital transformation projects, working closely with senior executives to implement new technologies on the factory floor.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (full‑time) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field with a strong interest in lean production, automation, digitalisation or AI.
• Passion for manufacturing processes, strategic thinking, and a human‑centric leadership mindset.
• Fluent in English and German (negotiation level) and at least three months of international experience.
