Junior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to support the development and implementation of assortment and pricing strategies within a global hospitality company. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of assortment and pricing strategies, identifying revenue opportunities.
• Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations for retail products, assortments, planograms, and merchandising.
• Collaborate on optimizing sales spaces, supporting assortment changes, promotions, and product launches.
• Work closely with purchasing, marketing, operations, and external partners.
• Assist in drafting guidelines and documentation for effective point‑of‑sale implementation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing or Category Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of key performance indicators.
• Independent, structured, results‑oriented work approach.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of inter‑departmental collaboration.
• Hands‑on mentality, flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in German and English.
