Junior Operations Systems Analyst

About the role

The Operations Systems Analyst will act as the guardian of HOLY's data backbone, ensuring the ERP system remains the single source of truth for supply chain, finance and analytics teams. This junior position sits at the intersection of operations, data and systems, turning data discrepancies into opportunities for proactive governance.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Odoo ERP, WMS and PIM, including user input, API syncs and EDI integrations.
• Enforce data entry standards for all ERP users, correcting miscoded products, wrong quantities and misconfigured records.
• Build and own regular reconciliation checks between Odoo, WMS and PIM, developing automated monitoring to surface mismatches early.
• Monitor API and EDI integration flows for sync failures, coordinating resolution with technical teams.
• Track recurring data issues, identify root‑cause patterns and propose systemic improvements.
