Junior Partner Consultant

About the role

Join Zalando Marketing Services as a Junior Partner Consultant and work directly with strategic brand partners to drive sustainable business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping yearly marketing strategies and ensuring successful execution of campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend annual marketing strategies for brand partners, leveraging ZMS offerings.
• Orchestrate the execution of yearly and seasonal marketing plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate partner business goals into data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams across executive, operational, creative, measurement and agency functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online media sales, business development, consulting or account management, preferably in e‑commerce or digital publishing.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps and manage high‑value relationships.
• Strong track record of data‑backed storytelling and delivering results against forecasts.
• Excellent English communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior management.

Required skills

• Experience with online media sales and digital advertising platforms.
• Ability to analyse data and create compelling business insights.
