About the role
We are looking for a Junior Project Management Coordinator to support the administrative and logistical delivery of high‑level advisory projects at JHC Consulting. Working remotely, you will ensure the smooth production of written counsel, allowing senior advisors to focus on analysis and writing.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules for multiple analytical reports simultaneously.
- Maintain version control for multi‑page memoranda, guaranteeing the latest draft is always accessible.
- Fact‑check citations and data points within written reports.
- Oversee secure delivery of final documents to client committees.
- Maintain the firm’s archive for easy retrieval of past counsel.
- Organise research materials that underpin advisory work.
- Assist with editorial review for formatting and consistency.
Required profile
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational habits, especially in file management and documentation.
- Preference for deep, focused work and long periods of concentration.
- Discretion to handle sensitive board‑level information.
- Background in law, history, philosophy or related fields is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in document version‑control practices.
- Experience with fact‑checking and data verification.
- Familiarity with secure file‑sharing and archival systems.
