About the role

Join Tesla’s Talent Acquisition team to support the rapid hiring ramp‑up at the Gigafactory Berlin‑Brandenburg. As a Junior Recruiter you will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and ensure a best‑in‑class experience for all applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end recruiting cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Use data and reporting tools to track candidate funnels and provide insights to hiring teams.
• Conduct behavioral‑based interviews and phone screens for blue‑collar and engineering roles.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition and People teams.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Previous recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably for skilled blue‑collar or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source, assess, and hire talent effectively.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment with changing targets.
