Junior Sales Development Representative (Remote, Germany)

About the role

As a Junior Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with decision‑makers at leading industrial companies. Working remotely from Germany, you will help generate new business opportunities for blp’s AI‑driven ERP automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls and personalized messages.
• Lead discovery meetings, analyse stakeholder processes and hand over qualified demo opportunities to the sales team.
• Develop tailored value propositions by understanding pain points in finance, procurement and sales.
• Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and track performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on P2P and O2C processes, industry trends and commercial knowledge.
• Prioritise complex client tasks, identify bottlenecks and keep deals moving forward.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (any field).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships remotely.
• Self‑motivated, ownership mindset and willingness to learn about industrial SaaS solutions.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
