Junior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Junior Social Media Manager you will help shape engaging, trend‑driven content for one of Europe’s leading Home & Living brands. Working closely with senior Social Media Managers, creative teams and external partners, you will contribute to Instagram‑first storytelling and support the execution of campaigns in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Instagram team by creating visually engaging social assets.
• Design social‑first graphics and adapt content for multiple platforms and formats.
• Assist with post‑production, asset optimisation and publishing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with viral formats, internet culture and emerging AI tools.
• Research new creators, trends and visual opportunities for social content.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media, Creative and Brand teams.

Required profile

• Passion for social media, digital culture and emerging trends.
• At least one year of practical experience in a social‑media or design role.
• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail and ability to work in a hybrid office setup.
• Fluency in British English.
