Junior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to start a career in IT recruiting. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers, learn the fundamentals of technical recruiting, and build long‑term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Learn about IT roles, technologies, and the tech job market through hands‑on training.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in internal systems.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with people.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Interest in IT and technology with a willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Structured, reliable, and motivated way of working.
