About the role

Ideawise is seeking a Law Enforcement Response Specialist to handle requests from law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in a legally compliant, structured, and timely manner. You will work within defined processes, ensuring audit‑ready documentation and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process and respond to law enforcement and regulatory requests in line with applicable laws.
• Assess cases under the Digital Services Act (DSA) and related regulations.
• Identify legal obligations, escalate relevant cases, and manage time‑sensitive matters concerning illegal content and platform safety.
• Create complete, accurate, and audit‑ready documentation for all cases and decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Customer Support, Technical, and Compliance teams.
• Support regulatory reporting and transparency processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in workflows and documentation standards.
• Utilise AI‑supported tools for structured analysis and documentation.
