Lead Motion Designer (f/m/d)

About the role

Contribute to each brand’s creative process by delivering strong concepts, crafted design, tasteful art direction, and refined motion design. You will create user‑centric work for a diverse set of social platforms and other media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver concepts, design, art direction, and motion design for brand campaigns.
• Create content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) as well as TV, email, websites, OOH and more.
• Manage multi‑channel communication design including social media, emails, digital ads, billboards and retail‑space artifacts.
• Develop and manage insights‑based ad rotation, photo and video shoots for campaigns.
• Create and maintain a well‑designed library of assets (source files, edited photos, videos, voice‑overs, illustrations) for the marketing team.
• Oversee internal presentations and marketing material such as apparel, stickers, office ware and business cards.
• Coordinate with the Head of Creative to ensure consistency and exceed client goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in motion design or similar roles with 3D illustration.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion and graphic design skills.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, marketing and sales teams.
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills, people‑first mentality.
• Intimate experience with the many facets of each social media platform.
• Up‑to‑date with social trends and able to apply them strategically.
• Keen eye for high‑performing social content.
• Fluent English (C1/C2); German skills are a plus.
