Legal Advisor – Remote (Contract, $40-$110/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Advisor to work remotely on a part‑time contract basis, helping a leading AI company train next‑generation models. You will apply your commercial contract, employment law and finance expertise to ensure high‑quality, compliant input for AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse and redline commercial contracts to ensure legal accuracy and business alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, structured finance, private equity and M&A matters.
• Evaluate SaaS Master Service Agreements, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop compliance guidelines.
• Assess data‑privacy issues and advise on regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Strong background in commercial contracts, employment law and structured finance.
• Proven ability to draft and review contracts, including MSAs and commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for regulatory detail.
• Effective communication and project‑management capabilities, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and interest in applying legal expertise to AI training.
