Legal Operations Specialist (Contract Management & AI)

About the role

Cumulocity is seeking a motivated Legal Operations Specialist to join its growing legal function. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be the primary contact for contract support across the business and own the digital contract management platform, SpotDraft. This role blends solid legal instincts with a process‑oriented mindset and a passion for leveraging technology, including AI, to make legal work faster and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SpotDraft, managing templates, workflows, user permissions and integrations.
• Serve as the go‑to contact for sales and internal teams on NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, partner agreements, and related matters.
• Draft, review and maintain standard contract templates, ensuring they remain current and fit for purpose.
• Oversee e‑signature workflows, track contract status, renewals and key obligations, and proactively flag upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain corporate records, statutory registers and entity data for the parent company and ~20 global subsidiaries.
• Support annual filings, good‑standing maintenance and coordination with local advisors and notaries.
• Champion adoption of legal technology tools, including AI‑driven solutions, across the legal team.
