Legal Specialist – International IP & Commercial Law

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist based in Germany to support our international business operations. You will provide strategic legal guidance across intellectual property, commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate matters in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trademark and copyright registrations and enforce rights through cease‑and‑desist notices, DMCA requests, and platform complaints.
• Administer domain portfolios, including due diligence, registrations, renewals, transfers, and infringement monitoring.
• Represent the company in domain name disputes under UDRP and URS frameworks.
• Draft, negotiate, and review licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS contracts, API integration agreements, MSAs, and publisher agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations in iGaming, FinTech, eCommerce, data protection (GDPR, CCPA) and cookie requirements.
• Support and maintain the corporate structure of international group entities and advise on cross‑border corporate matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a legal role with exposure to commercial and intellectual property law.
• Proven ability to draft complex agreements independently.
• Strong knowledge of foreign legal systems, legal research, statutory interpretation, and case law analysis.
• Excellent communication of legal risks to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
• Proactive risk‑identification mindset and strong commercial orientation.
