Live Events Executive – Brand & Production

About the role

eBay is looking for a driven Live Events Executive to join the EU Brand team. You will own the end‑to‑end planning, execution and analysis of brand‑led eBay Live productions and events across Fashion and Collectibles, ensuring each activation aligns with category strategy and audience insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule eBay Live and IRL/online events in line with the overall activation framework.
• Partner with category brand managers to translate strategy into concrete event plans.
• Manage in‑market delivery from briefing through live execution and post‑campaign review.
• Define run‑of‑show, technical requirements and support plans with brand managers, programming teams and agency partners.
• Control budgets, forecast costs, track timelines and ensure quality standards.
• Negotiate scopes of work with agency partners and hold them accountable to creative and production standards.
• Build and monitor measurement frameworks to evaluate reach, engagement, conversion and brand impact.
