About the role

The Logistics & Operations team is responsible for the smooth execution of the TUM Business Game in Heilbronn. This student‑focused position supports planning, coordination, and on‑site management to ensure a seamless experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the event timeline, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Coordinate logistics for materials, room allocations, catering, and technical equipment.
• Work closely with all departments to align on‑site operations and resolve issues in real time.
• Assist with set‑up and breakdown of event spaces, guaranteeing readiness for each session.
• Monitor participant flow and provide support to enhance overall event experience.

Required profile

• Enrolled university student with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent decision‑making and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Interest in event coordination or logistics; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
