Manager Global E-Commerce Vendor Management

About the role

We are looking for a Manager Global E‑Commerce Vendor Management to lead sourcing and vendor activities for our technology and digital services categories. The role will support PUMA’s e‑commerce operations worldwide, ensuring the right partners are selected and managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing processes and vendor selection for assigned tech/digital service categories.
• Run RFx cycles, evaluate proposals, and coordinate onboarding of new suppliers.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and maintain up‑to‑date vendor agreements.
• Ensure all vendor documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams on day‑to‑day procurement matters.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in procurement or vendor management, preferably within technology or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to run sourcing processes independently.
• Detail‑oriented and structured approach to work.

Required skills

• Experience with RFx processes and vendor onboarding.
• Contract negotiation and renewal expertise.
• Knowledge of compliance and documentation standards in procurement.
