About the role

Join Zalando’s Creator Management team as the Manager, Strategic Creator Projects. You will act as the central talent liaison and execution lead for high‑impact cultural moments and innovative pilots, turning strategic blueprints into lived creator experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of flagship events such as fashion weeks, Pride campaigns and festival kick‑offs, overseeing creator integration and experience.
• Drive strategic pilots and exclusive brand collaborations, securing creators and ensuring flawless localized delivery.
• Manage the Always‑on Brand Ambassador Program, providing white‑glove support to a curated roster of 10‑12 top‑tier KOLs.
• Translate fast‑moving platform trends into actionable content briefs for creators during major events.
• Collaborate with local marketing leads across 25+ countries to align talent casting with regional execution.
• Report on cultural impact, social engagement and commercial results to inform future strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in end‑to‑end campaign execution, digital PR or VIP influencer management.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑market projects and pilots.
• Hands‑on experience managing high‑profile creators or KOLs with a premium, white‑glove approach.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and ability to turn strategy into engaging deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within matrixed, global organisations.
• Excellent communicator in English; additional languages are a plus.
