Managing Director – Germany

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our German operations through a period of accelerated growth. The role combines commercial strategy, operational oversight, and cultural stewardship within a technically driven, engineering‑focused business.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the German market and drive revenue, margin and market expansion.
• Define and execute long‑term growth strategy in partnership with the board.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across operations, engineering and commercial functions.
• Build scalable processes, governance and performance frameworks.
• Represent the business externally with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Develop future leaders and embed a high‑performance, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience as Managing Director, General Manager, Commercial Director, COO or similar.
• Track record of growing revenue, improving profitability and scaling organisations.
• Strong commercial instincts with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience leading technical or engineering‑focused teams.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style.
