Mandatory Internship – Sales Project Management & Global Relocation

About the role

Join Bosch Group for a six‑month mandatory internship where you will support the coordination and tracking of a global relocation project that spans multiple manufacturing plants and business functions. You will work on creating and maintaining project roadmaps, timelines, and status overviews while ensuring transparent communication across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve project roadmaps, timelines, and status dashboards.
• Create structured reporting and monitoring tools for stakeholder transparency.
• Automate and digitalise project dashboards using Excel and collaboration tools.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, plants, logistics, quality, sales, and engineering.
• Identify, document, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Prepare management presentations, project updates, and meeting materials.
• Follow up on action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proactive team player with a structured, analytical approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and German.
