Manufacturing Production Worker (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Munich. You will work with high‑tech test and inspection equipment, applying theoretical knowledge to optimise practical production processes for custom transformers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce low‑power transformers (<400 W) and perform electrical and mechanical measurements.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing problems during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformer projects.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure smooth production.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Knowledge of testing specifications for transformers and inductors.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Business‑fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Ability to recognise and eliminate errors and process problems.
