Manufacturing Production Worker – Transformers (m/f/d)

About the role

You will work in a high‑tech environment surrounded by test and inspection instruments, helping to optimise production processes for custom transformers. The role involves producing transformers (up to 400 W), measuring electrical and mechanical parameters, and supporting development engineers throughout the realisation phase.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to ensure smooth production of transformers.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing challenges during the design phase.
• Conduct measurements of electrical and mechanical parameters on transformers and inductors.
• Support development engineers in the realisation of custom magnetics.
• Complete sample reports and provide accurate technical documentation.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Familiarity with testing specifications of transformers and inductors.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong ability to recognise and eliminate errors and process problems.
