About the role

This position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, automation, and growth strategy within a fast‑scaling education and advisory business focused on entrepreneurship and acquisitions. You will own a well‑established marketing engine and evolve it into an AI‑driven growth system that scales audiences, revenue, and event participation.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the end‑to‑end marketing engine across multiple channels, including funnels, campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
  • Develop and oversee content operations such as social media, newsletters, email flows, copywriting and podcast‑related marketing.
  • Build, refine and continuously improve high‑converting marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • Execute, test and optimise paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows for email, content distribution, reporting and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to improve scalability, efficiency and growth outcomes.
  • Drive audience acquisition, engagement and conversion for digital products, memberships and live events.
  • Track KPIs, analyse performance data and optimise ROI across all initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI‑driven automation and process optimisation.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in direct‑response or performance marketing targeting consumer or individual buyer segments.
  • Proven track record marketing digital products, coaching programmes, memberships, live events or advisory services.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, funnel building and campaign optimisation.
  • Advanced familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and applying them to marketing workflows.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as GoHighLevel or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms, specifically Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
