Marketing Intern – MINI Brand, Regional Office Munich

About the role

You will join the MINI Marketing Department at the Regional Office in Munich and support the team in delivering brand‑related projects across 27 importer markets. The internship offers hands‑on experience in automotive marketing, from campaign consulting to event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in consulting markets on creative campaign concepts, digital campaigns, event planning, and corporate identity.
• Analyze social‑media channels and market websites, producing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing playbooks and the organization of events.
• Support independent projects and tasks while receiving regular mentor feedback.

Required profile

• Studies in business administration, marketing, media, communication sciences or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the MINI brand.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to work.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Fluent business English.
• First practical experience in digital marketing or brand management is a plus.
