Marketing Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end campaigns for its EdTech platform. You will work directly on campaign creation, launch, and performance analysis, using AI tools to achieve the scale of a full marketing team. Fluency in French and English is required, and the role can be performed remotely or from our Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise marketing campaigns without relying on external agencies.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, prompt pipelines and automation platforms to accelerate workflow.
• Monitor cross‑channel performance, quickly discontinue under‑performing tactics and double‑down on winners.
• Make data‑driven decisions, interpreting metrics to continuously improve ROI.
• Collaborate with product, growth and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand vision.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a startup or fast‑moving environment.
• Bias toward action: you prefer launching a scrappy campaign now over perfecting a plan for later.
• Comfortable working with AI as a core part of the workflow.
• Fluent in both French and English.
