Marketing Manager – Regional (Hybrid, Berlin)

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and needs a Marketing Manager to lead regional go‑to‑market strategy. You will translate global positioning into localized campaigns, partner with sales, and act as the voice of the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation and market penetration.
• Adapt global positioning and messaging to regional customer segments and competitive landscape.
• Partner with regional sales and account management to create enablement materials and highlight local proof points.
• Plan and execute regional campaigns across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, content and outbound channels.
• Support local events and field marketing to strengthen brand presence and generate pipeline.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation, product, field or generalist marketing.
• Fluent English and native‑level German.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of aligning marketing to pipeline and revenue.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, matrixed organisations.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimise campaigns.
