Marketing Special Event Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Special Event Manager to drive offline brand growth across Europe. You will lead high‑impact brand activations, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure each event delivers measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop offline brand activation opportunities across Europe, exploring new formats and channels.
• Plan and execute key offline initiatives such as roadshows, pop‑ups, launch events, exhibitions, and large‑scale sponsorships.
• Act as a connector between global strategy and local execution, partnering with PR, digital, social, influencer, and sales teams in Shenzhen and Europe.
• Build and manage relationships with event agencies, production partners, and vendors to ensure high‑quality, scalable execution.
• Track and evaluate event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activation, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record delivering consumer‑facing events such as trade shows, product launches, sponsorships, or retail activations.
• Background in consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European language (German, French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
• Hands‑on, proactive, results‑driven with strong project ownership.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
