Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer to help build BJAK's AI‑powered Neobank app for Android and iOS. The role is fully remote but candidates must reside in Germany. You will join a fast‑growing fintech team that creates next‑generation financial products used by millions across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile features for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and AI‑assisted services.
• Deliver end‑to‑end mobile experiences, from problem definition to production release.
• Collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch reliable, customer‑facing functionality.
• Monitor and improve app quality using production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behavior data.
• Raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability and performance across the product suite.

Required profile

• Strong mobile development experience on Android, iOS, or both.
• Proven track record of shipping production‑ready mobile apps used by real users.
• Good product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases.
• Ability to work across APIs, releases, debugging and production issues.
• Hands‑on builder who can take ownership without heavy guidance.
• Clear evidence of shipped work (app links, GitHub repos, screenshots, or project descriptions).
