Night Auditor – Hotel Front Desk (Munich)

About the role

Join the Munich Marriott City West team as a Night Auditor, ensuring smooth and safe overnight operations for our international guests. You will be the primary point of contact during night hours, handling front‑desk duties, financial closing, and security checks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and address guest inquiries.
• Perform daily financial calculations, close the night audit, and run nightly reports using the hotel’s digital management system.
• Control bookings, process group invoices, and prepare accounting reports.
• Conduct regular security rounds, verify that entrances, exits, and escape routes are clear.
• Maintain a quiet, safe environment throughout the night.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably in tourism, or at least one year of night audit experience in a hotel.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• EU/Germany work permit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software for nightly closing and reporting.
