Off-Cycle Investment Analyst – Frankfurt

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Off-Cycle Analyst to join our Frankfurt team at Tresmares Capital, a growth‑focused alternative asset manager. This short‑term position offers hands‑on experience in evaluating investment opportunities across debt and equity solutions for high‑growth SMEs and private equity managers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Participate in the creation and review of financial models
• Support the preparation of investment committee materials
• Assist in the monitoring of portfolio companies

Required profile

• Previous experience in private debt / leveraged finance, private equity, debt advisory, investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction advisory services or a related field
• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field (advanced semesters / Master's level) with excellent academic performance
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Mandatory German speaker and fluent in English
