About the role
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Office Manager / Administrative Specialist to ensure smooth office operations and provide comprehensive support to our international team. The role is based in the Greater Frankfurt Area and involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain efficient office operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements such as safety inspections.
- Establish and manage a complete company asset inventory, from invoice processing to tracking.
- Plan, organize and execute internal and external events, including client visits and corporate gatherings.
- Handle daily business correspondence professionally and independently.
- Coordinate facility management and liaise with service providers.
- Support travel inquiries and bookings for employees worldwide.
- Order and manage office supplies and work materials.
Required profile
- Relevant education or vocational training in administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in office administration or as an executive assistant is preferred.
- Independent, well‑organized, detail‑oriented working style.
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese with strong German and English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability and a strong willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
