Onsite IT Support Technician – Munich or Berlin

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to join its digital workplace team in Germany. You will work directly with end‑users in either Munich or Berlin, ensuring that hardware, software and network services run smoothly. The role combines hands‑on technical support with user training and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows, macOS and Office 365 environments.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets, resolve standard and non‑standard software issues.
• Perform hardware upgrades such as RAM, SSD, keyboard replacement and peripheral setup.
• Provide smart‑hands support for printers, scanners, MFPs, servers and storage devices.
• Support meeting‑room AV equipment and network infrastructure (cabling, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches).
• Document incidents and solutions in the Knowledge Management System.
• Manage asset inventory, stock of IT goods and site operation manuals.
• Deliver end‑user training and step‑by‑step guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of relevant IT support experience.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing.
• Hands‑on ability to install, configure and repair desktop, laptop and peripheral devices.
