About the role

The Operational Purchaser supports the supply chain at Excelitas Technologies' high‑precision optics site in Regen. This is a parental‑leave replacement position, initially limited to two years, working full‑time on‑site.

Key responsibilities

Purchasing administration and processing
Master data and system maintenance
Inquiries and order processing
Complaint handling and invoice verification
Deadline monitoring and tracking
Price negotiations in day‑to‑day business

Required profile

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
Good technical understanding of mechanics, electronics or optics
Confident demeanor, assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team, commitment and initiative
Very good written and spoken German and good English
